Sending an SPLF

in *ORIGinal format by mail

If a Hotline representative asks you to send an SPLF in its original format, then ge proceed as follows:

1. WRKMBX
   1. Auswahl 8 für eine Mailbox, die funktioniert (von der aus man etwas versenden kannSelect 8 for a mailbox that works (from which you can send something)
2. F6 (ErstellenCreate)
   1. An: To hotline@toolmaker.de
   2. BetreffSubject: Tractel SPLF
   3. F10 (AnhängeAttachments)
3. Auswahl 2. Spooldateien
4. Die richtige mit 1 Auswählen
Wichtig: Ausgabeformat *ORIG wählenSelect 2nd spool files
1. Select the correct one with 1
2. Important: Select output format *ORIG

4. In der Anzeige „Mit Anhängen arbeiten“ - F3 drückenthe "Work with attachments" display - press F3

5. In Anzeige „DirectMaildisplay "DirectMail/400 - Mail editieren“ Edit mail" - Press F3 drücken

6. In der Anzeige „E-Mail versenden“

a. E-Mail speichern = J

b. E-Mail senden = J

c. Enter

Bitte prüfen Sie danach, ob das Mail rausging:

7. Auswahl 1 für „. Gesendet“
